Train-the-Trainer

Revelle Training & Development's (RT&D) Train-the-Trainer workshop prepares participants to leverage the essential skills needed to transfer knowledge and skills to adult learners in a way that is effective, educational, interesting, and interactive. Our Train-the-Trainer workshop also helps to prepare trainers to take the CompTIA CTT+ exam by using CompTIA approved courseware.

The CTT+ certificate is a cross-industry credential providing recognitions which shows a trainer has attained a standard of excellence in the training industry. The examinations are based on a set of objectives designed to measure the core knowledge and skills competent trainers must demonstrate to complete an instructional assignment successfully, both in a classroom and a virtual classroom environment.

As jobs change and personnel are moved within ever-changing organizations, re-skilling is needed at an steadily increasing rate. Our Train-the-Trainer workshop helps experienced trainers, new training professionals, managers, supervisors, and non-professional trainers to develop and conduct effective training sessions.
